LITTLE Chong Yu Xin, 10, does not walk like any normal girl her age. The soft-spoken girl suffers from a form of cerebral palsy called spastic diplegia, a condition that caused her arms and legs to be abnormally stiff.
Using leg braces, the petite girl can walk but does so very slowly with the help of a walking aid (walker). If she needs to move a little faster, she must use a wheelchair or be carried by two people.
