KUALA LUMPUR: A former chief executive officer of Yayasan Pelajaran Mara (YPM) and its programme manager have claimed trial to making false claims for training programmes amounting to more than RM300,000.
Datuk Dr Abdul Shariff Hamid, 52, was charged with nine counts of giving false documentation by ordering YPM financial manager Hafizoh Mohd Shah to approve claims for youth motivational programmes, knowing that they were never held.
