IT was a valuable experience for members of the Southland Badminton Club’s (SBC) 2020 Destiny training programme.
A group of 10 juniors, aged from 11 to 16, were in Malaysia for a two-week training stint. Malaysian A. Thanabalan, who is the chief coach of the New Zealand badminton squad accompanied the players based in Invercargill, South Island.
