Breast cancer survivors who have undergone mastectomy or lumpectomy can now apply for free breast prosthesis under a scheme by Yayasan Kebajikan Negara. Persatuan Pink Champion and Can-Care will hold a breast prosthesis application and fitting session today from 9.30am to 5.30pm at the 14th floor, Excelsior Hotel. Survivors with a total household income below RM5,000 is eligible to apply for the scheme which gives a free prosthesis and post-mastectomy bra set. The Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement (MMLM) together with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) will hold Mind Competitions today in conjunction with the Malaysia Festival of The Mind VIII 2012.
