GEORGE TOWN: The inquiry board probing the water- sport mishap which seriously injured two people in Batu Ferringhi will determine if it was caused by negligence or lack of enforcement.
Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) Recreation, Tourism and International Affairs Department director Mohamed Akbar Mustapha said that the board, which would meet and make its findings today, comprised among others the police, the marine police, the hotels association, beach and water sports operators and the Civil Defence Department.
