GEORGE TOWN: The state government presented RM5,000 to the family of the late George Town Deputy OCPD Supt Ahmad Bakhtiar Kassim who collapsed and died after a badminton game.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the contribution was a symbolic gesture, and he wished the best to the bereaved wife and four children.
