ROOKIE artistic gymnast Geanie Ng Ee Ling will be gauging her strength in her first appearance in the girls’ Under-12 contest in the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) championships starting in Kota Baru, Kelantan today.
The nine-year-old earned a place in the Federal Territories Schools Sports Council (MSSWP) side with her improved performances in four individual disciplines — uneven bars, balance beam, vault and floor exercise — of the girls’ Under-12 section at the recent state schools meet.
