MAYOR Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan said the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) has published the list of new garbage contractors through its newsletter and website.
Mohd Jaafar said anyone could view the list and as far as he knew only one contractor was awarded a 3+1 contract.
