Health director: Sharp drop in number of reported HFMD cases


KUCHING: The number of new hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) cases reported daily in Sarawak has dropped sharply from 150 to 93 cases as of Friday midnight.

State health director Dr Zulkifli Jantan said the drop was noted in Kuching, Samarahan, Betong, Mukah, Sibu, Kapit, Bintulu and Limbang divisions.
