FLOOD mitigation works in Taman Desa Impian caused by Sungai Pinji will take longer than expected due to lack of funds, said Datuk Bandar Datuk Roshidi Hashim.
He said the Ipoh City Council needed RM3mil to perform necessary tasks on the river such as diverting the water flow and installing pumps.
