MALACCA: The Malacca police will adopt the 4P concept to enhance efficiency and provide quality service to the public.
State police chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Chuah Ghee Lye said the task of police officers had become more complex and challenging, hence there was an urgent need to change the mindset by adopting the the 4P concepty.
