THE successful Chinese New Year celebrations at the International School of Kuala Lumpur’s elementary campus this year saw not only more children introduced to the rich culture of the Chinese but also a whole day of fun for the entire student body.
“It was really loud but I got used to it quickly enough. I actually thought the lions in the dance were mechanical before I noticed the people under the costume,” Anna Maxwell, 11, said about the feature performance of the day.
