SEVERAL major roads in Penang will be experiencing congestion due to the four religious festivals which are widely celebrated starting from Sunday.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Gan Kong Meng said locals and foreigners would come out in droves to take part in the celebrations for Thaipusam, Chap Goh Meh, the Tua Pek Kong flame-watching ceremony and the Maulidur Rasul procession.
