Lachau businessman is fifth suspect in false delivery claims scam


KUCHING: A businessman from Lachau is the latest person to be arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Agency (MACC) in connection with allegations of making false claims on the delivery of subsidised items.

The 50-year-old man was picked up at 5.20pm on Monday in a joint operation by MACC and the Domestic Trade, Consumerism and Cooperatives Ministry.
