THE 94-year-old St Joseph’s Novitiate building on Gurney Drive in Penang is a key attraction at Hunza Properties Bhd’s Gurney Paragon Mall project after its restoration.
Hunza executive chairman Datuk Khor Teng Tong said the company spent RM10mil to restore the three-storey building which is now a food and beverage, events and entertainment hub called St Jo’s.
