THROUGH a novel idea and the efforts of a small group of friends, senior citizens in the small town of Chemor received an early Chinese New Year cheer this year.
A total of 310 of them aged above 70 were treated to a delicious breakfast and presented with goodies at a special inaugural appreciation event for them on Jan 10.
