GEORGE TOWN: Three Vietnamese guest relations officers (GROs) said to be involved in vice have been arrested at a hotel in Burmah Road here.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Gan Kong Meng said the women, aged between 18 and 20, were illegally working here as they had entered the country as tourists.
