ABOUT 1,140 households in Merpati block of Bandar Baru Sentul flats phases eight and nine fear that their water supply may be stopped again due to debts to Syabas totalling RM112,000.
Last Friday morning, water supply to both phases, which use bulk meters, was cut off by Syabas for the second time in 2011 due to overdue bills. However, water supply was restored later in the evening pending further action.
