GEORGE TOWN: The public especially those in the northern states of Penang, Kedah and Perlis have been advised to brace for a dry spell starting from next month, and that any outdoors activities should be planned wisely.
According to a spokesman for the state Meteorological Department, weather in these three states is expected to be hot with little rain this time of the year.
