Canadian globe-sailing artist makes her presence and unique paintings felt up north

MIRI, since its heyday as the oil city in the north and with its largest congregation of expatriates, has never ceased to produce creative, socially active volunteers as well as enterprising folk.

Of late, the international yachting community berthed at the marina here is proud to have among its midst another talented artist in Canadian Barbara Moore.
