Pulau Tikus market ready end of the month

UPGRADING works at the Pulau Tikus market in Penang are 70% completed, and will be finished by the end of this month.

Pulau Tikus assemblyman Koay Teng Hai said that the budget for the upgrades was RM1mil but so far only RM80,000 had been used.
