SHAH Alam mayor Datuk Mohd Jaafar Mohd Atan slammed Shah Alam City Council’s engineering department for failing to attend to complaints on faulty streetlights.
Jaafar said it made no sense that the bulbs were not immediately replaced following public complaints.
