WORLD number 1 badminton player Datuk Lee Chong Wei has upstaged squash queen Datuk Nicol David again for Penang’s most outstanding athlete award for 2010.
The panel of judges picked him over Nicol for the Penang Governor’s Perdana Sports Award, which is the highest sports accolade presented annually to a Penang athlete.
