Sarawakian Lanie Armysha emerges as Bintang Kecil 2011 champ

KUCHING: Sarawakian girl, Lanie Armysha Mohamad Nor, 11, emerged as the national champion of the 2011 Bintang Kecil (Children) singing competition after defeating eight other finalists here yesterday.

With the title, Lanie Armysha also received cash of RM8,000 with accompanying trophy and certificate, which were presented to her by Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud.
