GEORGE TOWN: DAP has no affiliation to a non-governmental organisation (NGO) called the Penang Malay Congress (KMPP), says a veteran DAP leader Zulkifli Mohd Noor.
The Penang DAP committee member clarified that DAP had nothing to do with the congress whose members often hold press conferences here to voice out their opinions on various national and local issues.
