IPOH is mostly regarded as a city famous for its dim sum and taugeh chicken but it’s the last place a foodie will think of when craving a good bowl of bak kut teh.
There are, however, restaurants in Ipoh that not only serve a hearty bowl of the pork dish but some, like Restoran Siong Kee Bak Kut Teh, are good enough to rival eateries in Klang where the bak kut teh is said to have originated.
