GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Port Commission (PPC) is planning on an early expansion of the Swettenham Pier International Cruise Terminal to accommodate the expected increase of passengers.
PPC chairman Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek said a record 1.1 million passengers used the terminal last year.
