THE three parks in Shah Alam designed to mimic Japan’s Hakone Lake in 1982 had not seen much refurbishment since it opened in 1985.
Designed by architect Fumiaki Takano, the Shah Alam Lake Park consists of West Park, Middle Park and East Park.
