CHIEF Minister Lim Guan Eng declined to meet a group of eight motorcyclists who wanted to hand over a memorandum urging the Penang Government to build a motorcycle racing track in the state.
Lim sent his special assistant Nor Diana Mohd Zabidi to meet the group but they declined to hand over the memorandum to her.
