KUCHING: Bako National Park, the state’s oldest national park gazetted in 1957, has been re-opened to overnight visitors from yesterday, the Sarawak Forestry Corporation (SFC) disclosed in a statement.
The park was closed to overnight visitors since Sept 2 due to a serious shortage of fresh water supply.
