SELANGOR Turf Club has sponsored 15,000 copies of Step Up — The Star’s education pullout for Chinese vernacular school pupils in Selangor.
Its chairman Tan Sri Richard Cham said the sponsorship was motivated by the importance of having a strong command of English.
