CHIEF Minister Lim Guan Eng ruffled the Opposition’s feathers after claiming that Penang only became a successful halal hub after Pakatan Rakyat took over.
Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya (BN—Teluk Bahang) and Shabudin Yahaya (BN—Permatang Berangan) interjected Lim’s reply during the oral question session, saying that the initiative started under the previous Barisan Nasional admi-nistration.
