IT was an early festive cheer for 30 primary school pupils of Convent Light Street in Penang when they received Deepavali money and goodie bags from Penang Barisan Nasional Youth leaders.
Its Youth vice-chief J. Dhinagaran said they spent about RM1,000 for the event which benefited pupils of all races.
