RESIDENTS of the Krystal Villa condominium would have to settle their maintenance fees promptly now because their previous management company had incurred utility debts to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and the Penang Water Supply Corporation Sdn Bhd (PBA).
They would now have to pay to the new joint management committee of JMB Krystal Point and the pro-tem committee of Krystal Villa after the previous management company had their services terminated on Sept 27.
