A SPECIAL secretariat will be set up by the Penang Barisan Nasional working committee to help people claim the RM500 one-off payment under the Budget 2012.
State Barisan Nasional working committee chairman Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan said the secretariat would provide the people with information and also explain the procedure on how to claim the money.
