FLATS residents in the Petaling Jaya Selatan must work together to combat crime in their neighbourhood, said Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed.
Arjunaidi said areas where residents know their neighbours and were constantly communicating with one another were less likely to be targeted by robbers and thieves.
