SEVERAL councillors from the Batu Gajah District Council have suggested that more non-governmental organisation (NGO) representatives be appointed to the council’s Civil Society Committee.
In making the request, councillor Datuk Mohd Yusoff Kasim said it would be good if the number of representatives could be increased to 30 from the current 15.
