Food operators told to practise good hygiene habits

JOHOR BARU: Food operators in the city are urged to practise clean food handling habits or risk getting closed down, that is the message given out by the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB).

Mayor Burhan Amin said the council would work closely with the health department to conduct errant spot checks at the 2,038 licensed restaurants and hawker centres registered under MBJB.
