MALACCA: Clandestine operations employed by operators of illegal internet gambling outlets here has made it tough for the city council here to thwart such activities that is reported to be mushrooming here over the past couple of months.
The operators were now occupying the upper floors of shoplots and only allowing selected patrons into their premises while camouflaging their operations as licensed cybercafes.
