KUANTAN: Some 10,000 people thronged the Lantern Festival event organised by the Kuantan Chinese associations throughout its three days of celebration here recently.
Although the programme on the first day was marred by a sudden heavydownpour, visitors still turned up in droves to welcome Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob who officiated the event.
