SIBU: Councillors and staff of local authorities were urged to be more innovative, creative, open minded and receptive to change to meet the rising expectations and aspirations of the people they served.
“As agents of change, you all must succeed in breaking down the barriers between the people. You should not remain compartmentalised or polarised,” Environ–ment and Public Health Minister Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh said at the launching of a booklet titled Buku Info MS ISO 9001:2008 KASKA & 20 Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan produced by his ministry.
