KUCHING: Sarawak incurred a loss of about RM1.9bil due to the deaths of motorcyclists and pillion riders from 2000 to 2010.
Road Safety Department (JKJR) state director Rano Aylwino Akat said, among other things, the amount covered insurance, compensation, medical costs and infrastructure repairs.
