KUCHING: Malaysia’s protocol procedures are sidelining decorated war and police veterans, says Deputy Parliament Speaker Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
“It seems like the executive part of the Government, the officers (civil servants), when organising the official functions, don’t know yet the proper arrangement,” Junaidi said when asked about a recent media report on the misperception of the Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa (SP) and Pingat Panglima Gagah Berani (PGB).
