Mooncake fillings include cranberry, dragon fruit, sambal

WITH the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, many restaurants and shopping centres in Penang have started selling an assortment of mouthwatering mooncakes.

The mooncake fillings range from the traditional ones such as red bean paste, lotus paste and multi-nuts paste, to the more contemporary ones such as coffee, durian, cheese, dragon fruit, cranberry and sambal.
