Consumers urged to educate themselves on their electrical appliances

IN RECENT months, Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has come under fire for installing new meters at various locations that have caused an increase in bills.

The billing has pushed many to come forth and voice their displeasure over the excessive amount charged each month. TNB started changing the meters from analog to digital earlier this year but many of the victims were caught unawares by the exercise.
