A RELA member who was injured during an operation to nab illegal motorists in 2007 was shocked when he received a measly RM99 as compensation from an insurance company.
Khaw Kean Ewe, 44, who dislocated his shoulder and knee joint after being rammed into by a Mat Rempit at a roadblock, said his appeal to the insurance company had been met with nothing but disappointment.
