TEMERLOH: Ethics in using the Jalur Gemilang should be in place to ensure the national flag is not disrespected, said Deputy Higher Education Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah.
He said Malaysians were certainly patriotic but sometimes in their enthusiasm, politeness in waving and displaying the Jalur Gemilang was neglected.
