GEORGE TOWN: In a move to fight the cyber casino menace here, the Penang Municipal Council has introduced an email address specifically for the public to make complaints about these illegal outlets.
Councillor Iszuree Ibrahim said the public was encouraged to send details of the casinos, including their locations, by giving the names of roads and buildings and if possible, photos of the outlets.
