KUCHING: Daya Builders Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Housing Development Corporation, is set to play a bigger role by taking on village modernisation projects on top of building affordable homes.
Housing and Urban Development Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said Daya Builders had been given a new responsibility to modernise various villages in the city.
