“Wooing” with a masterpiece

WOO Kar Yoke, who is wheelchair-bound and can use only her right arm, was ecstatic when the framed embroidery she worked on for a month was sold in an auction for RM500.

The price of her “masterpiece” was 10 times higher than the starting price and had garnered the highest bid in the auction.
